Course Structure

At Citerus, we believe in experience-based learning. The course combines theory and discussions with carefully selected simulations, games, and interactive exercises designed to create “aha” moments. Prerequisites

Over the years, we have found that those who get the most out of the course are those who have already familiarized themselves with the basics of Scrum. Therefore, we recommend that you read a book about Scrum before the course, or (if you have less time) go through the Scrum Alliance’s own summary of Scrum.

Becoming a Certified Scrum Master

To become a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), one must study the basics of Scrum, attend a CSM course, and pass an online exam through the Scrum Alliance. You can read more about the certification program on the Scrum Alliance website. The certification exam (two attempts) is included in the course fee. To be certified, active participation in all sessions and exercises, as well as full attendance on both days (see times in booking information), is required.
